As a UX designer at Plasmatic Technologies, one of the projects I was tasked to work on was the company's B2B SaaS product, Alana. Alana is a web dashboard that allows home insurance providers to leverage data analytics from smart home devices which can lead to savings, automation, and insights for their customers.
During my internship, my work encompassed conducting research, interface design, prototyping, conducting user testing, and updating design systems. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, I would be more than happy to discuss any work that isn’t under an NDA in-person.
