As a product designer at Xplor Rec, I led the design of a brand-new way for community members to interact with recreation center services. From initial discovery to final delivery, as the sole designer I played a key role in shaping the experience of the mobile app, ensuring it was intuitive, accessible, and engaging.

For the first time, community members can browse schedules, book activities, reserve facilities, and manage memberships all from a single mobile app. This solution has launched in multiple municipalities across North America and Australia and is expected to generate $180k ARR in its first year.
